Candle Safety and Use Instructions

Thank you for choosing our soy wax candle. We want you to enjoy a safe and delightful experience while using our candles. Please follow these instructions for your safety and optimal performance.

 

Safety Precautions:

​

1. Never Leave Unattended: Always keep your candle within sight and never leave it unattended. Ensure it's placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

2. Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Maintain a minimum distance of 12 inches between the burning candle and flammable materials, such as curtains, paper, and other objects.

3. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Candles can be tempting to curious hands and paws, so please keep them away from children and pets.

4. Burn in a Draft-Free Area: Avoid drafty areas that can affect the candle's burn and lead to uneven melting.

5. Trim Wick: Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and ensure an even burn.

 

Cotton Wick Instructions:

​

• Light the wick at the center and allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container (approximately 2-3 hours for the first burn).

• Extinguish the candle carefully and allow it to cool before re-lighting.

• Never burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Discontinue use when there's approximately 1/2 inch of wax left to avoid overheating the container.

 

Wood Wick Instructions:

• Light the wooden wick at the base and allow it to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container (approximately 2-3 hours for the first burn).

• Extinguish the candle carefully and allow it to cool before re-lighting.

• Gently break off any burned part of the wood wick before re-lighting.

• Never burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Discontinue use when there's approximately 1/2 inch of wax left to avoid overheating the container.

 

Average Burn Time:

Our standard soy wax candles have an average burn time of approximately 40-50 hours, depending on factors like wick maintenance and environmental conditions.
